What to Wear

A tracksuit and runners are the recommended attire for the course. Please wear non-marking runners to protect studio floors. We recommend that students do not wear jewellery and we ask that mobile phones are switched off during the course. In the event of an emergency, students can be reached by phoning reception on 01 8627973, therefore students should not need to have mobile phones switched on.

Rules

• Students should be polite and courteous at all times and show respect to fellow students and teachers
• No running permitted anywhere in the building. (Especially on the stairs)
• Students are not permitted to leave the building during the course• Younger students must be picked up from INSIDE the building, after the course
• Chewing Gum is not permitted inside the building
• Course fees are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable.

The rules are in place for each students safety. Any student found to be breaking the rules, or behaving in a manner deemed to be dangerous or disrespectful will be asked to leave without refund.
